There is a reason as to why thousand of tourists flock to the French Riviera each year. The French Riviera, also known as the Côte d'Azur, is a stunning and glamorous destination located in the southeastern coast of France. It is famous for its beautiful beaches, luxurious resorts, and stunning views, making it a top destination for travelers seeking a luxurious and relaxing vacation. The region is also known for its world-class museums and galleries, such as the Matisse Museum, the Picasso Museum, and the Musée d'Art Moderne et d'Art Contemporain. It is also perfect for the rich and influential with a host of events and places to mingle. There is nothing quite like tripping in the French Riviera.

Tipping.
Restaurants and bars- Anything between 5% and 10% is acceptable.
Taxi- Anything between 5% and 10% is acceptable.
Hotels- There's no requirement to tip any hotel staff, although you can give a few euros if you receive good service.
Lingo in the Riviera.
Many locals in the Riviera are fluent in both French and English, so getting around may not be too bad without knowing the language. However one can only truly enjoy their holiday when they feel apart of the city. So lucky for you, we got you covered. Here’s a couple phrases to help you get by.
General lingo.
Bonne journée!= Have a good day!
Au revoir = Goodbye
Bonsoir= Good evening

Eating out/ shopping lingo.
Parlez-vous anglais? = Do you speak English?
Où est le métro? = Where is the metro?
Je vous doit combien?= How much do I owe you?
Je voudrais payer en liquide/espèces. = I would like to pay in cash.
Le menu, s’il vous plaît. = The menu please
Get your flirt on!
Je peux t’offrir un verre ?= May I buy you a drink ?
Tu veux aller faire un tour ?= Do you want to get out of here ?
On peut peut-être échanger nos numéros ? = Maybe we can exchange phone numbers
Ton sourire est contagieux = your smile is contagious
Tu veux sortir avec moi ?= would you like to go out with me

Transport from Airport to the French Riviera.
There are 3 ways to get from the different Airports to the regions in the French Riviera. - by tram, bus and taxi.
Tram.
Each region of the French Riviera have separate international airports are the entry points. However all airports will have Tram lines that are easy access to various parts of the city.
Bus.
Many of the airports also provide an Airport shuttle that takes you to the city or even close to your hotel. You will be able to find them outside the terminal, however check as to which areas of the city they go.
Taxi.
Taxis are the most convenient way to travel especially if you are going to a rather less crowded area. They are not very expensive and are comfortable.
Best time to travel.
June and September are some of the best months to visit the region, while July and August are the height of season.
